Website Planning for 2008, What’s your Strategy?

Now is the time to start thinking about how you want your web presence to help your business in 2008. The foundation of our strategy has always been based on 3 questions.

Does your website bring leads to your business? Leads become new clients and that means new revenue.
Does your website serve your current clients? If your website is a resource, your clients will keep coming back and that keeps you at the top of their contact list.
Does your website help your employees? Your website should help your team increase productivity, improve performance and contribute to the growth of the company.

The internet is the most powerful tool that your business can use to grow in 2008…….if your answer is no to any of the above questions then your 2008 strategy starts by addressing these questions.

There is good news.

The good news is the answers are really quite simple and all can be very cost effective. Following is a list of 10 options that you should consider for your website in 2008.

Start an electronic newsletter.
Set-up a Pay per click account with Google and Yahoo.
Add a back-office to your website for sharing project information and time tracking amongst your team.
Add testimonials and samples of your work.
If you were published in any trade journal in the past year, add links to your site.
Read your entire website content, refresh everything that needs to be updated.
Start a blog.
If you won an award in the past year, add it to your site.
Give your clients access to their project information in a secure clients area.
Update your logo.

In February we launched our latest product called Bonfire.
